Before everything sincere thanks to My Father Madhukar Verlekar and My mother Madhuri Verlekar without which I would have not been here, Also Everyone in my Journey of becoming whoever Knowingly and Unknowingly supported me in my business and my growth to all my near and dear ones, GRATITUDE, Thankyou Everybody.

Only on Saturday we were allowed to come home from school walking, I used to go to St. Anthony’s High School at Mont-e-Guirim and Saturday was my favourite day as we all friends used to come walking home, as being- all way was fields on both sides of road, it was full of beauty of nature filled with flowers on road side and fruits grown by farmers and while coming I used to collect many kinds of my flowers, it was full of wild flowers different kind with different colours, I used to get mesmerised with it.

Passion for colours and nature at my early age made me fascinated for colours all nature related and nature itself and though being father into jewellery business I always used to see lot of gems, pearls and was very much inclined towards its- how it is done, when I was in college, I noticed one thing that all most of the suppliers would cheat in the quality when my father used to buy gemstones. After completion of my education, I got a chance to go to Mumbai to study Gems and Diamonds which was my dream. Gratitude to everyone who supported me here that time.

After got married I was completely supported by my Husband Rahul Nagwekar and my mother-in-law Shubadha Nagwekar in terms of finances and complete support at home and my kids, without which I would have not been what I am today, from buying my stuff from different places to every decision in business, in my initial stage it was not easy though being women into this field but could manage it with strong support from each family members because without support things are not easy.

My journey of Diamond Testing and Gemstone Testing was started in 2006 where I also used to teach courses on Diamond grading and coloured gemstones identification,2010 my first own premises I started with and also started taking orders for jewellery and started selling Gemstone like Emerald, Yellow sapphires, Ruby etc. Initially Nagwekar Jewellers and Gems were known as Siddhant Jewellers, Gems and Crystal who was born in 2010 and then in 2016 it was renamed as Nagwekar Jewels and Gems, from weddings and anniversaries to festivals and cherished family occasions, we create jewellery that becomes a treasured part of your story.
