Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Any applicable refund will be processed after verification and approval.

Customized & Made-to-Order Jewellery

  • Customized, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • Advance payments made for customized orders are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges may be considered in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged during transit. Video while opening product is Compulsory.
  • The incorrect product was delivered.
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Engraved products
  • Special-order items
  • Certified gemstones purchased after customer approval
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Supporting photographs, videos, and proof of damage may be required for verification.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and financial institutions.
  • Shipping charges, insurance charges, and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Product Inspection

All returned products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include original packaging, certificates, invoices, and accessories.
  • Pass quality inspection upon receipt.

Nagwekar Jewels and Gems reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.

Precious Metals & Gemstones

As gold, diamond, and gemstone prices fluctuate based on market conditions, returns, exchanges, buyback, or upgrade requests may be subject to prevailing policies and market rates at the time of evaluation.
