These Terms & Conditions serve as a legal agreement between Nagwekar Jewels and Gems and all users accessing our website. By engaging with our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we advise you to refrain from using our website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access our services.

ELIGIBILITY and Basic requirement

To purchase www.nagwekarjewels.com, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. We reserve the right to deny access to any user found to be violating this condition or engaging in fraudulent activities. Parents please may note this while making the payments towards their kids purchases

INFORMATION & PRICING Toward Product

At Nagwekar Jewels and Gems, we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, images, and prices. However, errors may sometimes occur, including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions or pricing. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update product details at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Please talk to us before taking any decision we are here to serve and our efficiency is our goodwill.

Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of an incorrect price listing, we reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch. If your order is cancelled due to pricing errors, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method and if the payment of balance if done then we can proceed with the order of customer

Do not take any harsh decision just because of some minor issues, we promise you we are here to see the flexibility and requirements of our esteemed customers. We will try to ease your transection as much as possible, Trust and Believe us.

ORDERING & PAYMENTS of the product

All orders placed on www.nagwekarjewels.com are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation email with the order details. However, this does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time due to stock unavailability, incorrect billing details, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

We accept payments through multiple methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation. If a payment failure occurs, customers should retry or contact their bank for further assistance. If the product is unavailable, we will try to arrange it on the request of the customers, but due to any reason if we are unable, it will be properly conveyed to you and other details also will be furnished, kindly be in touch if made to order is placed and do the needful as required.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD transactions are available for orders up to ₹20,000. PAN card details are mandatory for billing amounts.

DISCOUNT VOUCHER, COUPONS & GIFT CARDS -TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Discount Voucher or Gift Card can be used on the nagwekarjewels website as and when the discounts and coupons displayed as per offers. To avail of the discount, customers must provide a valid coupon code or physical voucher at the time of purchase. This voucher cannot be combined with any other existing discounts, promotions, or special offers. Additionally, the voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Any remaining balance after applying the voucher must be settled using accepted payment methods, including e-wallets, credit/debit cards, or cash. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances, customers should not create any issues with us. All standard nagwekarjewels terms and policies, including returns and refunds, continue to apply. The use of vouchers is subject to nagwekarjewels rules and regulations. Please ask before buying and get confirmed, before payments are done, it is compulsory.

nagwekarjewels reserves the right to modify, update, cancel or amend these terms at its sole discretion. Each voucher is valid for single use only.

Monthly Scheme Policy of Gold

Our Gold Monthly Scheme provides flexible tenure options of 11, 17, or 23 months. Customers can begin making purchases from the first day of the 11th, 17th, or 23rd month, according to the selected tenure. The tenure is calculated from the date the scheme commences, and customers must complete their purchase transactions within six months of the maturity date.

Upon completing the scheme, customers will qualify for a loyalty discount, which will be applied to the final invoice. The discount benefits vary based on the type of purchase. Customers choosing bullion purchases will receive a discount equivalent to 60% of one instalment amount. For gold jewellery purchases, the discount will be 75% of one instalment amount, while for diamond jewellery purchases, it will be 100% of one instalment amount. Please confirm about the active offers before doing any payments.

This scheme applies to website purchases as well as offline purchases also. The loyalty discount cannot be converted to cash or transferred in another person’s name. nagwekarjewels reserves the right to modify, cancel or discontinue the scheme at its discretion. Customers can visit the store or contact us for further details. please clarify before investing into any schemes.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY of the product

We are committed to ensuring that all orders are shipped within the estimated delivery timeline mentioned during checkout. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or regional restrictions may impact delivery times. Customers will be notified of any significant delays via email or phone.

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide accurate shipping details. nagwekarjewels is not responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect address information. In case of an undelivered order, customers can contact our support team for assistance.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To make your shopping experience smooth, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition along with packaging and invoice within the stipulated return period 7 business days.

Please note that custom-made or personalized jewellery pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are processed only after a thorough quality inspection of the returned product. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the product.

EXCHANGE & BUYBACK 

As part of our commitment to quality, we offer a lifetime exchange policy on select jewellery pieces. The exchange value will be calculated based on the current purchase gold rate. Customers opting for buyback services must note that deductions for making charges, taxes, and other applicable fees will be applied as per company policies.

REPAIRS, WARRANTY & EXCHANGE

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our jewellery. To assure our customers of quality, we offer warranty on eligible products of hand made. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or mishandling of the product.

All repairs are mostly paid only in certain cases for repairs outside the warranty period, customers can avail of our paid repair services. Repair charges will be determined based on the extent of damage and required restoration work. Payments to be done in advance.

LIMITATION OF ANY LIABILITY

Till the product is not received in case of return or exchange we nagwekarjewels shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from to misuse, mishandling, or improper care of our products by Shipping companies, or in transit any damage caused. We do not assume any liability for indirect or consequential damage from product use or website interactions.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of our website or services or regarding any Jewellery or Diamonds and Gemstones shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa only. Customers are encouraged to reach out to our support team to resolve disputes amicably before initiating any legal action. Kindly take the note of this.
